Hill Country Luxury Estates, LLC is a boutique property management firm dedicated to delivering unmatched service for discerning property owners across the breathtaking Texas Hill Country. From Horseshoe Bay and Granite Shoals to Spicewood, Marble Falls, Kingsland, Lakeway, Bee Cave, and the Lake Travis region, we specialize in both long-term residential management and short-term luxury vacation rental management.

  • Dan Hanna

    Head of STR & Operations

    Dan is a highly motivated entrepreneur and client relationship expert. His professional and personable style builds networks of partners and clients with one-to-one marketing strategies honed during his work in residential real estate and property management for over a decade.

    Dan has extensive experience in building companies and delivering for clients, having built and run Premier Negotiations in Oregon for 9 years—helping over 3,900 clients avoid foreclosure. Dan is an expert researcher, marketing manager, and team builder.

  • Daniela Hanna

    Realtor® + Owner

    Daniela is a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent (license 849447-SA) in the State of Texas. She has built a loyal clientele in Oregon, Hawaii, and Texas by putting her clients first. She’s seen the highs and lows of real estate and specializes in bringing even the most difficult transactions to closing.

    Daniela brings 20+ of experience dealing with complex transactions and clients to from her work in the industry to Hill Country Luxury Estates. She earned the coveted Diamond Platinum Membership in the Million Dollar Club from the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors for having sold $20,000,000 over four years.

    Daniela is a serial entrepreneur, having started multiple businesses and real estate brokerages serving home owners, investors, landlords, and both long and short term renters.

    Outside of work, Daniela loves spending time with her kids and husband Dan. She’s always looking for ways to stay healthy and making wellness a priority.

    Michelle is a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent (license #840691) and proud Realtor® in the State of Texas.

    She also leads our Go-to-Market strategy, covering everything from social media to events and partnerships.

    When she’s not showing a home, planning an event, or negotiating a contract, you’re most likely to find Michelle petting a dog or attending one of Austin’s many pop-up events.
